The Innovation Challenge Awards are launched at Red Sea Diving Safari

Red Sea Diving Safari started the TICA programme with the signing of The Declaration of Commitment by Hosam Helmy, owner, in December 2006. Red Sea Diving Safari is situated in the South Red Sea, Egypt and comprises 3 Ecolodge Villages at Shagra, Nakari and Wadi Lahami.

Presentation at Swiss Inn Dahab 2006 - Innovator Certificates and Innovation Guide Certificates. These achievements gave rise to great pride and enjoyment for both staff and managers.

 

HICS Launch - Customer Service Awards

The HICS Customer Service awards were launched at the Gran Brittania Hotel, Athens in March 2006. The Awards were produced by TDI for HICS and presented by TDI at the launch. The week included a training course for Inspectors who will ensure that standards of delivery of the awards are maintained.

 

HICS (Hellenic Institute of Customer Service) Conference 2005

   
The 2 day international conference "Give a warm welcome to customer service" was held in Athens in October 2005. Terry Houlihan spoke, as scientific adviser to HICS, about practical ways of raising the standards of customer service in Greece.
