TDI specialises in designing and delivering programmes that will improve the experience for your customers, guests, visitors, learners and staff.
Our committment to the conservation of our oceans
TDI is fully committed to the preservation of our environment. We support 2 projects 1 The fight to save the world shark population - Erich Ritter of Shark School, Miami 2 Raising local awareness for the protection of reefs and marine life - sponsorship of local people for PADI certification to help create local 'ambassadors'.

2 Examples of programmes delivered
All TDI programmes are designed and usually delivered by Terry Houlihan. Examples of some of these programmes are:
- Working Towards Excellence - 10 Steps to Improvement- Learning and Skills Council – Self-Assessment and Development Planning; a contract over 4 years.
- The Professional Development Guide for Information Advice and Guidance - on behalf of ENTO for the LSC. 8 conferences were designed and delivered over 2 years
- HICS Customer Service Awards - Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS) – design and delivery of customer service awards in Greece over the last 4 years
- The Innovation Challenge Awards - Swiss Inn Hotel Chain, Egypt -The Innovation Challenge Award Programme for 2 years
- Tailor-made workshops - Examples of topics delivered are Delegation, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Observation and Assessment of Learning, Internal Verification and Subject Coaching.
